Brenda is a senior partner in the firm and currently oversees the Property department of the firm.

With over thirty years of legal experience, Brenda has amassed a wealth of experience in all areas of practice. In its 2023 review, Chambers and Partners reports that Brenda, “is a highly respected lawyer who acts on high-value corporate and commercial deals as well as offering expertise in other areas including real property, tax and IP.”
She was one of the longest serving directors of 1st National Bank St. Lucia Limited (the largest local indigenous bank) from 1993 to 2020 and is an Accredited Director duly credited by The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. She is the honorary counsel for the Republic of Chile.
Brenda is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Caribbean Association (IPCA).
